Happy Halloween

We had a very fun Halloween this year.  Brad did a wonderful job on the decorations.  We had our blow up pumpkin and witch in the front yard. Our front porch was a ghost graveyard with spooky glowing ghosts hanging from the ceiling and fog rolling down the stairs complete with creepy music.  It was awesome!
Chloe really got into the trick-or-treating.  Some of the neighbors would hold out the bowl for you to choose which candy you wanted-Chloe would take one-then go back for another and another (she probably would have taken the whole bowl if we let her!).
We trick-or-treat as a group-a lot of fun to be with friends and talk as we walk along.  Bailey however, does not understand why our pace is SO SLOW and has a hard time keeping down with the crowd (Don't you know they're GIVING AWAY CANDY?! Get a move on!).
Later in the evening as bigger kids were showing up to our door Brian went on the front porch and sat on the rocker.  He hid under a mountain of blankets.  When the next group of kids showed up he popped up and scared them.  It was perfect, the group of kids that came were a group of older kids we know pretty well, so while everyone got a good scare, they were over it pretty quickly.  You could see the wheels turning in Brad and Brian's heads...how can we get them next year?
Hope you all had a fantastic Halloween!
